Welcome to the AERO-GRAFIX Web site. Your satisfaction is important to us. Our goal is to always operate this site efficiently. We want to make doing business with us a pleasant and fulfilling experience for you.
When purchasing our products, we recognize privacy and security as being a concern for most individuals accessing the Internet. And part of that is to be as open and clear as possible on our E-Commerce Policies which we know are important to you.
Security Policy:
When you place your order, your transaction is encrypted for security on a secure server. 128-bit encryption scrambles the information in your purchase, including your credit card number, so this information can only be viewed by AERO-GRAFIX.
Privacy Policy:
AERO-GRAFIX is not affiliated with any other business compiling databases or any other referencing sources. We guarantee that any credit information you provide will remain private and confidential.
Shipping Policy:
AERO-GRAFIX charges $5.50 for shipping on all standard orders shipped within the U.S. Orders weighing 1 or less pounds will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Orders weighing more than 1 pound will be shipped via UPS Ground.
All valid orders will be shipped within seven (7) working days after receiving your order and/or credit card validation. Should we be out of a particular design, we will contact you by telephone as to backorder and shipping status. Posters are sent 1st class.
International/Overseas Shipping:
Shipping charges over and above the standard $5.50 shipping charge (which will be applied to all foreign shipments) will be billed to the customer. Please call us regarding out-of-country shipping instructions.
Return Policy:
Any AERO-GRAFIX product that doesn’t meet your approval, size requirements, etc. may be returned or exchanged. AERO-GRAFIX cannot assume shipping costs on returned merchandise.
