High Class Designs on High Quality Products
AERO-GRAFIX has been providing custom wholesale products to aerospace museums and air tour operators since 1993. We know that aircraft enthusiasts are usually scrutinizing individuals who expect “museum class” design work as the standard.
All AERO-GRAFIX designs are computer generated to maximize the most effective way an aircraft should appear on a hat, T-shirt or specific item. These designs are not duplications of scanned photos or gallery art. Each aircraft is uniquely set in front of a suitable background with bold three dimensional type to create an element of depth. We do not cut the wings off an aircraft to make it fit in a certain space nor do we feel the need to render a charging Wart Hog as part of our A-10 design. We want to produce serious aircraft designs for serious aircraft enthusiasts.

Our full color, laminated 17 1/2" high by 23 1/2" wide gloss Posters depict 11 different groups of notable aircraft flown by the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. All aircraft are identified. They are shipped 1st class in a durable cardboard tube. We are now offering our top selling aircraft poster collection as framed prints!
Our hats are heavy weight cotton twill with a seamless front panel that minimizes design distortion. One size fits all, with the adjustable back band. Our standard cap is solid white and has a velcro adjustment band. The deluxe cap has a low profile crown with a pre-curved bill and adjustable fabric velcro type closure. Standard colors are solid black or "designer's choice" (on navy, royal blue, dark green or red) coordinated to best match the selected aircraft design.

Adult T-shirts are preshrunk Hanes heavyweight, 100% cotton white or ash (light gray) with 11" wide front design. A two-sided design with a 2 1/2" x 4" image on the left chest and a full-size design on the back is also available.*
Youth Tees are 50/50 poly cotton, feature a 9" wide front design, and are available in white or ash (light gray).*
Men's Tank Tops are preshrunk 100% 5.4 oz. cotton and are available in ash (light gray) or black with 4" H x 6" W left chest design.*

Sweats are 90/10 cotton/poly blend 9+ oz., white or ash (light gray) with full front design. A two-sided design with a 2 1/2" x 4" image on the left chest and a full-size design on the back is also available.*
* All T-shirts, sweats and tank tops are American Brands (Port & Co., Hanes, Anvil or equiv).
Sport Shirts are 100% 6.1 oz heavy weight cotton with knit collor and a 3-button front. They feature a 3" H x 5" W left chest design and are available in ash (light gray) or black.

Mouse Pads are neoprene with bonded white cotton face and full width design.
All our products are printed via top quality state-of-the-art laser transfers. This process rivals 4-color screen printing in terms of durability, but gives us the advantage of using virtually millions of colors for sharp, high resolution graphics. Custom orders can be quickly and economically modified compared to screen printing.
